The 2 reasons a registration can't go ahead
In our orders, almost every registration that can't be done fails for the same reasons:
- Not being registered (empadronado) in Spain. The DGT (Spain's traffic authority) needs your address in Spain to register the scooter in your name.
- Not having a Spanish driving licence, Cl@ve or a digital certificate. You need one of the three to identify yourself; with a Spanish licence you don't need Cl@ve.

Can I register my scooter if I'm not registered (empadronado) in Spain?
No. To register the scooter in your name you need to be registered (empadronado) in Spain: the DGT needs your address.
