This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website matricularpatinete.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), owned by 2026 NT CARS, SL. Accessing the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2026 NT CARS, SL provides administrative management services for the registration of personal mobility vehicles (VMP) with the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT), in accordance with Royal Decree 52/2026 and Law 5/2025.

All prices shown on the Site include VAT.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site — texts, images, logos, graphic design, source code and any other elements — are the property of 2026 NT CARS, SL or third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any content without prior written authorisation from 2026 NT CARS, SL is expressly prohibited.

4. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these conditions. The following are prohibited:

  • Using the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes that are harmful to third parties.
  • Introducing or disseminating viral content, malware or any type of malicious code.
  • Taking actions that may damage, disable or overload the Site.
  • Impersonating other users or 2026 NT CARS, SL.

5. Accuracy of information

2026 NT CARS, SL takes the utmost care to keep the information on the Site up to date and accurate. However, regulations on VMP and DGT matters may change. The informational content of the blog and other sections is for guidance only and does not replace personalised professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

2026 NT CARS, SL accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of the Site, errors or omissions in content, or temporary interruption of service due to technical reasons. Nor does it accept liability for the content of third-party websites linked from the Site.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason (article 102 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, texto refundido). For our services this right has the following exceptions:

  • Identification plate. It is made with your scooter’s registration number, so it cannot be withdrawn from (article 103.c).
  • DGT registration. When you order it you expressly ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, you lose the right of withdrawal (article 103.a). If you withdraw before it has been fully provided, you will pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided (article 108).
  • Registration + plate pack. Both rules apply: the plate cannot be withdrawn from, and the registration follows what is set out above.

To withdraw where it applies, email us at patinetes@ntcars.es within 14 calendar days of the order, giving your name and the order. We will refund the payments due within 14 calendar days of you telling us your decision. The delivery terms for the plate are in the Shipping policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to the consumer.

11. Amendments

2026 NT CARS, SL reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Site. It is recommended to periodically review this page.
