This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website matricularpatinete.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), owned by NT Cars SL. Accessing the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

NT Cars SL provides administrative management services for the registration of personal mobility vehicles (VMP) with the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT), in accordance with Royal Decree 52/2026 and Law 5/2025.
