NT Cars SL is responsible for the preparation and management of all shipments of the electric scooter identification sticker (VMP), in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSICE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

2. Product shipped

The item shipped is the official identification sticker for electric scooters (VMP): an adhesive manufactured specifically for each customer with their vehicle’s unique DGT National Vehicle Registry registration number. Due to its personalised and individual nature, each sticker is unique and non-transferable.

3. Delivery area

NT Cars SL ships to the entire Spanish territory:

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: fixed cost of €4.95.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: shipping cost varies according to the carrier’s current rates and any applicable customs duties. Our team will communicate the exact amount before final order confirmation.

We do not ship internationally.

Shipping costs are shown itemised in the order summary before payment is completed, in compliance with article 60 of the TRLGDCU.

5. Processing and delivery times

The times below are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays and those of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia):

  • Order processing: 2–3 working days from payment confirmation and receipt of the required documentation (official DGT registration PDF).
  • Transit: 3–5 additional working days from the date of handover to the carrier.
  • Total estimated time: approximately 1 week under normal conditions.

In any event, the maximum delivery time shall not exceed 30 calendar days from order confirmation, in accordance with article 66 bis of the TRLGDCU. If exceptional circumstances prevent this deadline from being met, NT Cars SL will contact the customer to agree a new date or, if no agreement is reached, will resolve the contract with a full refund.

Note: the processing time begins only once NT Cars SL has received confirmed payment and complete, correct documentation. Submission of incomplete or incorrect documentation may extend the processing time.

6. Carrier

Shipments are managed through Packlink, a logistics platform that brings together multiple transport operators (including MRW, GLS, SEUR, Correos, Nacex and others available depending on destination and rates at the time of shipment). Each order is physically prepared by the NT Cars SL team.

The sticker is sent in an A5 envelope with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email so you can check its status on the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping incidents

7.1 Lost parcel

If the parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe and loss is confirmed by the carrier, NT Cars SL will file a claim with the carrier and replace the sticker at no additional cost to the customer.

Please notify us at patinetes@ntcars.es as soon as you suspect your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, including your order number.

7.2 Damaged parcel

If the envelope or its contents arrive visibly damaged, the customer must:

  1. Keep the original packaging.
  2. Photograph the condition of the envelope and the sticker.
  3. Notify us at patinetes@ntcars.es within 48 hours of receipt, attaching the photographs and order number.

After verification, NT Cars SL will replace the sticker at no additional cost to the customer.

8. Personalised product: exclusion from right of withdrawal

The identification sticker is a product manufactured specifically to the customer’s specifications: it bears the customer’s vehicle’s unique DGT registration number, making it unrepeatable and non-transferable to third parties.

Under article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), this product is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal generally recognised in distance contracts, as it is a product made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

The customer is informed of this exclusion before completing payment.

9. Returns

9.1 Error attributable to NT Cars SL

If the sticker received contains incorrect data due to an error by NT Cars SL (data different from that provided by the customer), we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost, including new shipping costs.

The customer must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing patinetes@ntcars.es with photographs of the product and the order number.

9.2 Error attributable to the customer

If the error in the sticker data originates from incorrect information provided by the customer, the cost of new manufacturing and shipping will be borne entirely by the customer:

  • The customer must arrange the return of the original product, if applicable, at their own expense.
  • NT Cars SL will issue a new quote for the manufacture and shipment of the correct product.

10. Changing the delivery address

The delivery address can be changed by contacting patinetes@ntcars.es provided the order has not yet been dispatched to the carrier. Once the parcel has left NT Cars SL’s premises, address changes are no longer possible.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

This Shipping Policy is governed by Spanish law. In particular:

  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (TRLGDCU) — arts. 60, 66 bis, 102–108.
  • Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) — art. 10.
  • Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
